Pulte, whose primary role in the administration is Federal Housing Finance Agency director, is \u201cgrossly unqualified\u201d and a risk to national security.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomeone who doesn\u2019t even meet the basic qualification of the law to be Director of National Intelligence shouldn\u2019t be put in that position, particularly when he\u2019s got a history of already taking and weaponizing confidential information,\u201d said Virginia Sen. Mark R. Warner, top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Warner and all Senate Democrats except for Pennsylvania Sen.
