The Trump administration, perhaps coincidentally, released the new batch of files the same day as the premiere of Steven Spielberg\u2019s new film \u201cDisclosure Day\u201d about a global extraterrestrial revelation.<\/p>\n

In one 2024 FBI document, a former U.S. Army intelligence officer and four members of his unit observed a UAP over the Cheyenne Mountains in Colorado \u2014 a potato-shaped object with distinct edges.<\/p>\n

They said it appeared to be painted in an opalescent white and was somewhat translucent with a slight shimmer. The officer noted that there was no shadow.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe object was made up of what can best be described as articulating fish scales or panels that were non-symmetrical, non-overlapping, and irregular shaped,\u201d the report reads. \u201cThe object itself was perfectly still but each panel on the object shifted in slow waves starting at different points of origin but at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n

After approximately two minutes, the object \u201cvanished,\u201d having \u201ccloaked\u201d in the time span it took to turn a head.<\/p>\n

The files have included dozens of government memos, artistic interpretations of UAPs and FBI investigation reports.<\/p>\n

Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said that the host site for the exclusive look at first-hand narrative descriptions of UAPs, war.gov\/UFO, has received over 1.7 billion hits worldwide since the site\u2019s launch on May 8.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs the unprecedented levels of interest in both this topic and the Trump administration\u2019s historic transparency effort continue,\u201d Mr. Parnell said, the department and its agency partners are actively working on the next release of UAP files.<\/p>\n

The UAP files are being released on a rolling basis as part of President Trump\u2019s Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters to declassify and release decades of U.S. government files on UAPs and unidentified flying objects or UFOs.<\/p>\n
