Ron Wyden, the top Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee.<\/p>\n<p>He urged future administrations not to abide by the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Trump says he has been the victim of unprecedented targeting by the government.<\/p>\n<p>The leak of his tax information came during his first term.
