{"id":406,"date":"2026-05-24T08:35:23","date_gmt":"2026-05-24T08:35:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/homebuyerrelocation.com\/?p=406"},"modified":"2026-05-24T08:35:23","modified_gmt":"2026-05-24T08:35:23","slug":"person-sent-to-trauma-hospital-after-car-collides-with-baltimore-light-rail-train","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/homebuyerrelocation.com\/?p=406","title":{"rendered":"Person sent to trauma hospital after car collides with Baltimore light rail train"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>A person was hospitalized in Baltimore Friday night after a Maryland Transit Administration light rail train struck a car the person was in.<\/p>\n<p>The train hit the Nissan sedan at the intersection of Howard Street and Lexington Street at around 8:30 p.m., according to The Baltimore Sun.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>MTA officials said a person inside the car was taken to Baltimore\u2019s R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, according to the city\u2019s WJZ-TV, but did not provide a name or indicate whether the person was the driver or passenger.<\/p>\n<p>The exact nature and severity of the person\u2019s injuries were not specified.
